Below we outline where to find and how notifications works:
- Login to your account
- Click on Notifications in the top-right corner of the page you are on
- Now the notifications section pops-up. You can also reach notifications via your dashboard. Notifications is divided into:
- The date that the notification came in
- The type of notification divided into: ‘New Reservation, New Question Received, Question Answered, Review Reminder, New Travel Issue, New Travel Issue Reply, Experience Flagged and Profile Flagged’
- The status of the notification
- The details of the notification such as type, booking id etc.
- The actions that you need to undertake divided into: ‘Message the Host, View Ticket, View Booking, View Message and Reply to Travel Issue’
