Topic What Is My Bookings?

My Bookings will tell you everything about the bookings you’ve received as a host or made as a traveler. You can check the details of your bookings at any time from your Order History. Below we outline where to find and how order history works:

  1. Login to your account
  2. Click on your profile name or profile picture in the top-right corner. In the menu that unfolds you click on Dashboard
  3. In the left column you see My Bookings. When you hover over it Order History appears. When you click on it you get to see your full order history:
  • Order ID. The order ID makes it easy to track the payment
  • This is the day when the payment is approved
  • Order details ID. Divided into: 1. Product, 2. Subtotal, 3. Used Payment Method and 4. Total Amount Paid
  • Here you can see if the payment is approved, pending, cancelled or failed
  • Divided into:

Rating – Here you can rate the experience via a star rating system (1* avoid – 2* bad – 3* acceptable – 4* good – 5* exceptional)

View – Here you can view the booking details

Support – Via this button you can get support for this booking

Messages – Messages will you give the option to contact the host whenever you have questions about the experience you booked
