Messaging starts when a traveler makes a reservation request or inquiry. Afterwards, all messages related to that reservation request or inquiry will appear in your messages inbox.
Below we outline where to find them and how messages works:
- Login to your account
- Click on Messages in the top-right corner of the page you are on
- Now the messages section pops-up. You can also reach messages via your dashboard. This section is divided into:
- The date that the message came in
- The subject of the message
- The sender of the message
- The recipient of the message
- The status of the message divided into: ‘New, Received, Unread and Sent’
- View. When you click on View you can view the message and directly reply.
