Hosts have 48 hours to formally accept or decline your booking request. If the booking request is not accepted or declined within 48 hours, it automatically expires.
We try to make sure that hosts check their messages and always respond to their booking requests.
Remember that if a reservation request is denied or expires you will receive a 100% refund. Payment is only placed if a booking request is accepted. We won’t charge you any service fee unless the host accepts your booking request.
